Recipe Instructions

Rehydrate eggs per package and scramble in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat, stirring until just set. Fry sausage rounds in a separate pan until lightly browned. Warm tortillas briefly in a dry pan. Lay tortilla flat, add a strip of sausage, a scoop of egg, and a slice of cheese. Roll up tightly and wrap in foil to stay warm. Serve as a breakfast wrap. Note: Use Cheddar Cheese Powder as the substitute for trips longer than 4 days or in hot weather.
