Recipe Instructions

Ratio: 1 cup pancake mix to β…” cup water. Mix milk powder into the water before adding to batter for richer pancakes. Stir with a fork until just combined β€” lumps are fine. Heat a greased frying pan over medium heat. Pour about ΒΌ cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown. Warm sausage rounds in a separate pan. Serve with maple syrup.
