Veggie Bouillon Cubes 1.0 cube(s)
Instant White Rice 0.5 cup(s)
Olive oil 1.0 tablespoon(s)

Recipe Instructions

Boil 1½ cups water with dissolved bouillon. Add lentils, curry paste, garlic, and cumin. Simmer 15–20 minutes until completely soft. Stir in coconut milk powder and olive oil. Cook instant rice separately and serve underneath. Red curry paste packets are available in most Asian grocery sections. A deeply fragrant, warming dinner.
