Rehydrate vegetables in ½ cup boiling water 10 minutes then drain. Cook instant rice. Fry chorizo in pot. Reconstitute egg powder with 4 tablespoons water and scramble alongside chorizo. Serve rice in a bowl, top with chorizo, scrambled egg, and rehydrated vegetables. Drizzle soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang over everything. A Korean-inspired backcountry bowl that's as good as it sounds. Gochujang packets are available at most Asian grocery stores and some outdoor retailers.
