Rehydrate mushrooms in ½ cup boiling water 5 minutes. Crumble or slice chorizo and fry dry in pot over medium-high until browned and slightly crispy at the edges. Add 2 cups water plus mushroom soaking water and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and seasoning packet. Cook per package. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. A ramen that actually earns its place in the pack.
