Rehydrate vegetables and onions in ½ cup boiling water 10 minutes. Boil 1 cup water with dissolved bouillon. Add rehydrated vegetables and their soaking water, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in chicken. Remove from heat. Separately prepare mashed potatoes per package with 1½ cups boiling water. Spread potato layer over the chicken and vegetable mixture in the pot. Top with cheese powder. Eat layered from the pot — the potato topping and savory filling together taste remarkably like the real thing.
