Rehydrate peppers and onions in ½ cup boiling water 5 minutes. Fry chorizo in pot until sizzling and fragrant. Add 1½ cups water with dissolved bouillon, cajun seasoning, paprika, rehydrated vegetables, and sun-dried tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Add instant rice, cover, stand 5 minutes. Stir through and top with hot sauce. Smoky, spicy, and deeply satisfying.
