Boil 2 cups water. Cook noodles 3 minutes, reserve ¼ cup water. Drain. Whisk peanut butter powder, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili flakes, and True Lemon into reserved noodle water. Toss noodles and chicken through sauce. Top with pumpkin seeds. One of the most-requested backcountry dinners — rich, filling, and genuinely good.
