Recipe Instructions

GRAVY: Boil ¾ cup water. Whisk in gravy mix and stir until thickened. Add chicken and sage, stir to combine. Keep warm on lowest flame. STUFFING: Boil ¾ cup water with butter powder. Add stuffing mix, stir, cover, and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in dried cranberries and garlic powder. MASHED POTATOES: Boil 1½ cups water. Stir in potato flakes and butter powder until smooth. SERVE: Plate mashed potatoes and stuffing side by side. Ladle chicken gravy over potatoes. The cranberries in the stuffing add a sweet-tart pop that makes this taste genuinely festive. One of the most morale-boosting meals you can eat at mile 40 of a long route.
