Rehydrate peppers and mushrooms in ½ cup boiling water 10 minutes. Boil 2 cups water. Add tomato soup mix, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Add orzo and cook per package (9 min). Stir in chicken, rehydrated vegetables, and olive oil. Top with parmesan. Orzo soaks up the tomato broth and becomes almost risotto-like.
