MAKE BEFORE TRIP: Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Refrigerate until firm, then pack in a zip bag. No refrigeration needed once firm. Each ball is approximately 80–100 calories of dense, portable energy. Stays good 3–4 days in a cool pack.
