Boil ¾ cup water with dissolved bouillon. Pour over couscous in pot, cover, and let sit 5 minutes. Fluff. Meanwhile fry chorizo in a little olive oil until sizzling and fragrant. Stir chorizo, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, paprika, and olive oil through couscous. Couscous cooks faster than any other grain — the entire dinner is ready in 10 minutes.
