Recipe Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients. Add 8 tablespoons water and stir into a smooth batter. Grease the bottom of your pot with a little olive oil. Pour batter in. Cover tightly and cook over the lowest possible flame 10–15 minutes until a toothpick or stick comes out clean. Top with chocolate chips while still warm. The chocolate-peanut combination makes this the most requested dessert on the trail.
