Core apples from the top using a spoon or knife, leaving the bottom intact. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts, cranberries, and butter powder with 1 teaspoon water into a paste. Stuff mixture into each cored apple. Wrap each apple individually in foil. Place directly on hot coals for 20–25 minutes until tender. A campfire dessert that people actually look forward to packing the apple for. Note: Apples are heavy but last 5–7 days — a good Day 2–3 dessert.
