MAKE BEFORE TRIP: Mix nuts with honey and cinnamon. Mix butter powder with 1 tablespoon water. Brush butter paste on tortilla. Add a spoonful of nut-honey mixture to the center. Fold tortilla over and press edges to seal. Fry in a dry pan until golden on both sides. Cool completely and wrap in foil. A trail pastry that survives 2–3 days in a pack.
