Recipe Instructions

Boil 3 cups water. Add macaroni and cook per package (8–10 min). Drain most water leaving a few tablespoons in pot. Off heat, stir in cheese powder, butter powder, milk powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir vigorously — the residual water and powders create a creamy sauce. The backcountry standard for good reason.
