Boil 2 cups water. Add ramen noodles and half the seasoning packets. Reconstitute egg powder with 6 tablespoons cold water. When noodles are almost done (1 minute left), stir in egg mixture in a thin stream — it cooks immediately into egg ribbons. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of chili flakes.
