Recipe Instructions

Shelf-stable chorizo comes in vacuum-sealed tubes — no refrigeration needed. Slice or crumble chorizo into pot with a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes until starting to sizzle. Reconstitute egg powder with 12 tablespoons water and pour over chorizo. Scramble together until set. Serve in tortillas with salsa packets.
