Recipe Instructions

Reconstitute egg powder with 12 tablespoons cold water. Heat olive oil in pot over medium. Pour in eggs and stir gently until just set. Stir in cheese powder and salsa packets at the end. Serve in warm tortillas. Salsa packets from fast food or grocery salsa bars are perfect for backcountry use.
