Recipe Instructions

Chop sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces before packing, or tear in camp. Boil 1½ cups water. Stir in grits and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and chili flakes. A gourmet camp breakfast in 5 minutes flat.
