Recipe Instructions

Rehydrate hash browns in 1 cup boiling water 10 minutes then drain. Reconstitute egg powder with milk powder and 12 tablespoons water. Heat olive oil in pot. Fry hash browns until starting to crisp, about 4 minutes. Pour egg mixture and bacon bits over. Stir gently until just set. Season with salt and garlic powder.
