NIGHT BEFORE: Mix chia seeds, milk powder, and honey with 1½ cups cold water in a sealable bag or water bottle. Shake well. Leave overnight — the chia absorbs everything into a pudding texture. MORNING: Pour into mugs, top with dried mango and coconut flakes. No stove needed. Great for moving days.
