Recipe Instructions

Mix pancake mix with ¾ cup water until just combined — lumps are fine. Stir in peanut butter powder and dried blueberries. Heat a film of olive oil in pot or pan over medium flame. Pour small rounds of batter, cook until bubbles form and edges look dry, flip once. Drizzle with honey packets. A morale-boosting treat on Day 1 or a layover day.
