Recipe Instructions

Combine egg powder with milk powder and 12 tablespoons cold water. Whisk until smooth. Heat olive oil in pot over medium flame. Pour in egg mixture and add bacon bits. Stir gently until just set. Season with salt and pepper. Eat directly from the pot to save dishwashing.
