RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
PRE-TRIP PREP (MAKE AHEAD): Purchase angel food cake loaves. Wrap in plastic wrap; keep in a dry box at room temp for up to 3 days, or freeze and thaw.

ON THE RIVER: Slice angel food cake. Spoon blueberry pie filling over each slice. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of powdered sugar. No cooking needed.
