PRE-TRIP PREP: None required.
ON THE RIVER: Prepare 24 briquettes (10 below, 14 on top). Grease Dutch oven generously. Drain peach juice into a bowl; mix peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon; spread across Dutch oven bottom. Mix pound cake batter per package with eggs, milk, and melted butter. Pour batter over peaches. Cover and bake 40–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Invert onto a plate. Serve topped with whipped cream.
