PRE-TRIP PREP: None required.
ON THE RIVER: Prepare 24 briquettes (10 below, 14 on top). Grease Dutch oven with butter. Mix gingerbread batter per package directions with eggs, water, and oil. Pour into Dutch oven. Bake 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly; dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
