Recipe Instructions

PRE-TRIP PREP: None required. Use fresh mango in the first 1–2 days of the trip.

ON THE RIVER: Mix jarred mango salsa with fresh diced mango, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeño (if desired). Serve with tortilla chips. Fresh and bright — perfect in the canyon heat.
