Recipe Instructions
PRE-TRIP PREP: Freeze ground turkey. Slice mushrooms; store in cooler.
ON THE RIVER: Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water; drain. Heat olive oil in a pot; brown turkey with onion, garlic, peppers, and mushrooms. Drain fat. Add marinara; simmer 15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti with parmesan. Make garlic bread: mix butter with minced garlic, spread on baguette slices, wrap in foil, heat on stove 5 minutes. Toss salad with Caesar dressing.
