PRE-TRIP PREP: Freeze sausages. Cook wild rice, cool, and freeze.
ON THE RIVER: Grill or pan-cook thawed sausages over medium heat, turning occasionally, until skin is golden and interior is heated through (10–12 min). Warm baked beans and corn in a pot together. Warm rice. Serve brats in buns with mustard and ketchup. Baked beans and corn on the side. Chips, salad with ranch to round out the meal.
