Recipe Instructions

PRE-TRIP PREP: Freeze bacon in portioned bags.

ON THE RIVER: Drain and flake chicken; toss with buffalo sauce. Warm bacon in a pan or serve cold straight from cooler. Lay tortillas flat; add lettuce, bell pepper, buffalo chicken, bacon, tomato, and avocado. Drizzle with ranch. Roll tightly.
