Recipe Instructions

PRE-TRIP PREP: Prepare tabouli salad mix at home per package directions (usually mix with water and oil, then refrigerate 30 min). Store in sealed container in cooler.

ON THE RIVER: No cooking required. Set out hummus, tabouli, pita wedges, veggies, and feta. Squeeze lemon over tabouli. Let guests graze and build their own plates.
