ON THE RIVER: Drain tuna and flake into a bowl. Add olives, tomatoes, bell pepper, feta, cucumber, and red onion. Dress with red wine vinegar, olive oil, and oregano; toss well. Cut pitas in half and stuff with tuna mixture.
