Bring 18 cups water to a boil -- in large pot, or large and medium if that might work better.
Shred cheddar cheese.
Slowly stir in the package of grits
Return to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 4-5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally and adding water as necessary.
Add cheddar cheese and cream cheese, and garlic powder packet (in Camp Box).
Continue cooking 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve with hot sauces.
Cook sausages to have on side for those that choose.
Slice oranges for serving.
